We booked the Otago Rail Trail with shebikeshebikes. They hired us our bikes, and booked all our accommodation, transport and side trips. Steve and Carol gave us just the right information, with detailed trip notes about each day (including where to buy food, and the location of the toilets, both very important with a family!) and made the whole experience excellent. We did the trip over 5 days (we couldn’t quite decide whether 4 or 5 – either would have worked) with boys aged 11 and 9.
Everything worked like clockwork.
